Please note, domain registration, domain transfer, SSL certificate and any setup fees are non-refundable. But you will continue to own your domain even if you decide not to host with us. Refunds for failed domain transfers are issued as service credit only.
For dedicated hosting customers, setup fees and the first month's fee are non-refundable.
